Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. If an item doesn't turn out to be the right fit, simply get in touch with us and we'll take care of the rest.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:
- The item has not been used or worn
- It remains in its original, undamaged condition
- All original packaging is included
Items that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund.
No Restocking Fees
We never charge restocking fees. As long as your return meets the conditions listed above, you will receive a full refund for the returned item.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method so you can monitor the package and confirm it arrives safely.
Exchanges
Would you rather swap your item for something else? Just let us know when you contact our team and we'll do our best to arrange the exchange as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are completed within 7 business days after inspection. Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
