Kidonroll.com offers its customers free shipping for most of its products which include some brands of electric bike, push scooter, electric scooter and gas powdered scooter provided the orders are placed within the arena of United States.

All consignments are delivered by us through carriers who have gained reputation in this field such as DHL, FedEx and Ups. We do not deliver to APO's, FPO"s and PO boxes. The information on delivery date that we provide are not 100 percent guaranteed as it might be delayed by a couple of days in rare cases. Customers should avoid providing inaccurate details at checkout as this would lead to delay in delivery. Discounted freight shipment upgrade fee might be required if the product that has been ordered for is large. For exceptions and additional information, kindly view the product specification page.

Track your Order:

You would receive an email containing your tracking number within 2-3 business days after your order has been placed. If this shipping notification has not been mailed to you within a period of 3 days of placing your order, kindly mail us at . Do not forget to include your invoice# in your subject line.

Free Shipping Norms:

Unless otherwise noted on the product specification page, all our products (except Go- Ped) would be delivered at your doorstep within 5-10 business days if ordered before 10 am – Pacific Time. Holidays and weekends are not to be taken into account as transit days.

Additional Fee Information:

There might be a need for discounted Freight Shipping Upgrade in case of some of our products that are sized largely. Freight shipments would take 5-10 days to arrive at your door irrespective of your location. For more details in this regard, kindly view individual product pages.

Priority Shipping Option:

We provide you with an option of 1 day, 2 days or 3 days delivery on most of our products for an additional fee. We usually ship the all the orders received by 10 am Pacific Time on the same business day or the latest by the next business day. Alternate Mailing Address Option:

We would be more than glad to deliver the products at an alternate mailing address if you do not mind few restrictions that have put forth for security reasons.

The orders are verified manually by us when we ship to alternate address. The process of verification is quite rapid, however as an earnest attempt to avoid delays in shipment, shipment to billing address is highly recommended. For verification purposes we request you to fax a credit card authorization form. The details for the same are emailed to you as soon as you place your order.

International Orders:

We do not accept orders for shipment to an international mailing address nor do we accept payment via credit or debit cards that has an international billing address. This also includes our neighboring countries like Mexico, Canada and all overseas military addresses.

Hawaii and Alaska:

Though we are not in a position to ship to Hawaii and Alaska at present, we are looking forward to make this service a possibility very soon!!!
